Bio:     

Abigail Kinnison is the Director of Real Estate & Capital Amenities for VIA Metropolitan Transit. She has been with the agency for 17 years in various positions in two divisions: Fleet & Facilities and Planning & Development. In her role as Director, she provides oversight and supervision of the Real Estate, and Passenger Amenities departments, as well as leads Capital Project coordination efforts with the City of San Antonio, TxDOT, suburban cities, and other agency partners on their capital projects with impacts to the VIA system.

 Abigail is a native San Antonian and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University.  In between her degrees, Abigail lived in Washington, DC working in the executive and legislative branches. When not working to keep San Antonio moving, she enjoys spending time with her son, mostly cheering for him on the baseball diamond.
