Topic:      CPS Energy - An Overview of 765kV Transmission lines in Texas

Speaker:  Adam R. Marin, PE, Director of Substation & Transmission Engineering

Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with 25 years of progressive leadership and technical experience in the electric utility industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Since joining CPS Energy in 2001, he has advanced through key engineering, project management, and executive roles, contributing to major initiatives including SAP implementation, transmission line design and construction, regulatory case management, and standards development. His career includes leading high-performing teams, managing complex stakeholder and regulatory processes, and driving operational excellence across transmission and distribution engineering functions. He currently oversees strategic engineering operations and guides organizational performance and innovation.
